DICKINSON — This year’s Northern Plains Ethnic Festival is set to take place on Saturday, Aug. 15 at Prairie Outpost Park. Starting at 9 a.m., attendees will be able to purchase meals from a variety of cultures and enjoy live entertainment. The festival will begin with opening ceremonies at the Heritage Pavilion from 9-9:30 a.m., where there will be a flag presentation, invocation and patriotic music.
