The Military Police has proposed bringing charges against seven people in a major case involving alleged manipulation of public contracts issued by the Ministry of Defence’s Real Estate Management Agency (AHNM). According to investigators, an employee of the agency, who no longer works for the Defence Ministry, abused his position while administering public tenders, providing selected bidders with an unfair advantage by registering them for public tenders and allowing them to participate under conditions that were not equally available to all interested parties.
