Home News Cait Stoddard August 10th, 2026 - 8:38 PMAccording to Consequence.net, Bruce Dickinson has teased that his upcoming new solo album was recorded earlier this year at Dave Grohl’s Studio 606 and the artist has described the album “heavy as shit.” The Iron Maiden singer has confirmed that the new album will be released in 2027 as the follow-up to 2024’s The Mandrake Project, which was accompanied by a comic-book series and other multimedia aspects. While talking about the upcoming project, Dickinson said: “It’s kind of stand-alone. Now, the album is heavy as shit. Meanwhile, Iron Maiden are currently preparing to embark on their upcoming Run for Your Lives North American tour with Big Four thrashers Megadeth and Anthrax as support.
