Four unconnected motorists have been convicted after giving police the details of a man who died in 2001 to try to avoid prosecution for driving offences. Sarah Hanif, from Great Russell Street in Bradford, was given a 12-month prison sentence, suspended for two years, while also being required to complete 150 hours of unpaid work. Meanwhile, Ajmal Khan, from Middleton Crescent in Leeds, was given an eight-month prison sentence, suspended for two years. The drivers were sentenced for using a deceased person's name for driving offences |Shahad Aljammoor, from Carr Bottom Avenue in Bradford, received the longest sentence. Naheed Razaq, from Avenel Terrace in Bradford, was given a six-month prison sentence, suspended, after admitting that he had used the dead man's details.
