"Starting earlier will help us keep services running smoothly while keeping our teams safe in the high temperatures." "Please make sure your bins are out the night before your collection day, or by 5am at the latest," added the spokesperson." This is an hour earlier than their usual start time of 6am. This week is set to be a scorcher, with a high of 35 degrees on Thursday, with even the early parts of the day settling at around 20 degrees.
