A woman from Cardiff died after crashing into multiple vehicles on a busy road, an inquest opening has heard. Leanne Borley, from Trowbridge, was pronounced dead at the scene following a crash on the A48 near Llanedeyrn last week. A brief hearing at Pontypridd Coroner's Court on Tuesday heard the 41-year-old was driving her vehicle along the A48 eastbound towards Llanedeyrn. Shortly after 6.30pm, Ms Borley attempted to exit the dual carriageway via the slip road, when the collision occurred. "A 41-year-old woman from Trowbridge, Cardiff died at the scene.
