East London’s 115-year-old Rinkoff’s Bakery has teamed up with electronic music festival Appetite On The Farm to create a limited-edition treat. The Appetite doughnut will be sold throughout August, with a portion of proceeds going to Ukrainian music initiative Enter DJ. Elliot Schooling, co-founder of Appetite On The Farm, said: "We’ve always wanted to collab with a bakery and with Appetite on the Farm celebrating its 5th anniversary, we couldn’t think of a better time. To celebrate the festival’s fifth anniversary, organisers approached Rinkoff’s Bakery to bring its pink doughnut logo to life. The launch coincides with the publication of Rinkoff’s debut cookbook, The Jewish Bakery (Quadrille, £28), which celebrates more than a century of family baking recipes.
