Pop Mart is "coming soon" to Buchanan Street as it takes over a unit previously home to Scottish streetwear brand Bee Inspired. Pop Mart's toys have developed a global following since the brand launched in 2010, merging elements of art, fashion, and pop culture into collectable figures designed to appeal to fans of all ages. The Glasgow Times reported in March that Pop Mart launched an interactive vending machine at The Entertainer in St Enoch Centre, allowing customers to browse and purchase surprise figures from popular ranges including Molly , Hirono , and SKULLPANDA. Bee Inspired, founded by former footballers Steven Robb and Mark Corcoran, opened on Buchanan Street in August last year, before the company went into liquidation in November.
