In April, Powys County Council started using software by Arcus for their online “built environment public register". However, planning applications received before April 20, continued to be processed using the previous Idox system. The ability to be able to view older planning applications on the Idox system disappeared last month with a message appearing on the webpage to say, “service unavailable.” The council has also put a notice up on the planning portal that says: “Please be aware that we are currently experiencing temporary limitations in accessing documents for some planning applications within the planning portal.” Later in the meeting, the committee received the delegated planning decision list – this notes the decisions made by planning officers since the last meeting.
