Multiple residents have told London Now that they allegedly heard "four bangs" before Willington Road was cordoned by officers near Landor Road last night (August 10), just before 10pm. The road was flooded with emergency services and it remains shut both ways this morning (August 11). A woman who wishes to remain anonymous told London Now she heard "four bangs." Another resident who lives in the area, Sam, said: "It was shortly after 10pm and I heard lots of sirens, and I heard bangs - I think it was five or something. "And the sirens eventually died down so I didn’t really think it was that - but now I’m horrified.
