BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — That system we’ve been following for a few days just east of Florida has vanished, according to forecasters with the National Hurricane Center.
While the chance of heavy rain remains for the next several days, the “low” chance of development is now “no” chance of development for the system that was just off of Southeast Florida.
This system is expected to move slowly northwestward during the next day or two, reaching the coast of Texas by Monday.
Tropical Atlantic: Recent satellite-derived wind data indicate that a broad area of low pressure, associated with a tropical wave, has formed several hundred miles south of the Cabo Verde Islands.
