On the site of the Old Stables at 2 Killy Lane, the plans would see an existing barn rebuilt as a Pilates studio. The studio will function on an "appointment" basis to ensure that there is staggering of customers to prevent an impact on the surrounding area. "Customer parking will also be provided within the site, ensuring that adequate off-street parking is available for visitors." The site can be found at the end of Griffe Lane, close by to local schools Brookhaven School and Unsworth Academy.
