The Upper Ottawa Valley detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police has charged two people with impaired driving following separate incidents in Pembroke and Petawawa. Officers located the vehicle and the driver was subsequently transported to the detachment for further testing. A 40-year-old man from Pembroke was charged with operation while impaired. A 29-year-old woman from Petawawa was charged with operation while impaired, possession of a Schedule I substance and other provincial offences.
