The Stop Line Way forms part of National Cycle Network route 33 and serves as a popular car-free route between Chard and Ilminster, avoiding the busy A358. She said: "The Stop Line Way between Ilminster and Chard is an established and popular traffic-free route, but residents are concerned about its condition and the absence of a clear long-term maintenance and improvement plan. "The Stop Line Way isn't explicitly referenced in that plan; however, we have included some funding to support the initial development of community-led projects.
