We’re about to see more mailers, Facebook posts, endorsements, and candidates’ last-minute claims about their opponents. Governing requires decisions about budgets, taxes, schools, health care, local governments, property rights, infrastructure and economic development. Other candidates spend more time discussing property taxes, school outcomes, health care access, housing, local services or how state decisions affect local governments. Some Wyoming candidates have no campaign website. If a candidate says “local control,” don’t assume which decisions stay local.
