ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT) – The man accused of trying to choke his sister, which caused her to crash her vehicle into the Hudson River, was arraigned in court on Monday. Ahmed Hemedan, 20, pleaded not guilty in Albany City Court on Monday to attempted murder. Hemedan is accused of trying to kill his sister.
