ELIZABETHTOWN, N.Y. (WNYT)- Closing arguments started in the trial of Luciano Frattolin, who is accused of murdering his 9-year-old daughter, Melina Frattolin. Frattolin did not take the stand in his defense after telling the judge Friday he needed the weekend to think about it. Closings were underway in Essex County Court Monday before noon. Judge Tatiana Coffinger has allowed the trial to continue, reserving her decision on the motion to dismiss.
