This morning, staff backed by union Unite held placards reading 'If RNLI care why not pay fair?' Staff are calling for improved redundancy packages to give them time to find new jobs. "At the end of the day they might say we're greedy asking for a bigger redundancy packages but what we're actually looking for is time," Scott said.
