Thorlux Lighting, based in Redditch, will sponsor both a large and a small Peter Rabbit sculpture as part of the Peter Rabbit™ in the warrens of Worcester art trail, which will see 75 fibreglass sculptures displayed across the city for eight weeks. The small Peter Rabbit sculpture will be designed and decorated by schoolchildren, who will get to keep it once the trail ends. "We can’t wait to see which Peter Rabbit design they bring to life next summer." The event is backed by a number of sponsors, including presenting partners Chapel & Friary Walk, Connect Worcestershire, Worcester BID and Worcestershire Ambassadors. The trail is also supported by The World of Peter Rabbit™, managed by Penguin Ventures, the licensing and consumer products division of Penguin Random House Children’s UK.
