A lawsuit is being filed on behalf of Joe Belgio, a 44-year-old Marine Recon veteran and retired Cicero firefighter who allegedly suffered catastrophic brain injuries after eating raw oysters at Gibsons Bar and Steakhouse in Oak Brook.
