MINI has revealed a range of new accessories for its John Cooper Works three-door hatchback to “visibly enhance the compact performance model’s motorsport-inspired character”. John Cooper Works or ‘JCW’ is the name MINI gives its sportiest models, inspired by the legendary race car builder. The three-door, petrol-powered MINI JCW is easily the closest model within the company’s current line-up to the iconic rally-winning original of the sixties. While the JCW is the top-rung version of the MINI Cooper, a Sport trim can be added to lesser Cooper C and Cooper S models, bringing JCW bumpers front and rear, a rear roof spoiler, 18-inch rally-style wheels, and even John Cooper Works badging.
