A woman was caught drug-driving twice in a matter of months. Lynn Millar (60) admitted driving on cocaine on the A862 at the High Street on Conon Bridge on July 9, last year. She had 15mcg of cocaine per litre of blood, when the legal limit is 10mcg. Millar, of St Andrews Road, Dingwall, was caught again on October 3, last year at Newton Road, Dingwall, with 73mcg of cocaine in her blood. Sheriff Sara Matheson deferred sentencing until September 10 for background reports to be completed and disqualified her from driving in the interim.
