Charlie Panayi will trek through the Colombian jungle as part of his 8 Challenges in 8 Months campaign, which aims to raise funds for Mountbatten Isle of Wight and promote Zoe’s Law. The challenge is dedicated to his younger sister, Zoe Panayi, who died from melanoma at the age of 26. He was also keen to stress all donations go directly to Mountbatten Isle of Wight. "Every pound donated through the fundraiser is for Mountbatten and the incredible work they do for people and families across the Isle of Wight." The Colombian jungle trek is part of a wider series of physical challenges, culminating in an attempt to summit Aconcagua in South America in January 2027.
