During the visit, Chris Bloore, MP for Redditch and the Villages, met with senior representatives, toured the facility and explored opportunities for regional industrial growth. Mr Bloore said: "Jaguar Land Rover is one of the great success stories of British manufacturing. "I am proud that so many people from Redditch and the Villages play a part in that success every single day." Jaguar Land Rover is a major employer for residents across Redditch and the wider region, with the Solihull site playing a critical role in supporting the West Midlands automotive supply chain. He said: "I will continue working in Parliament and with local employers to ensure our area remains at the heart of British industry and that local people can access the high-quality jobs that companies like Jaguar Land Rover create."
