Gill Worgan CBE, principal and CEO of West Herts College Group, offered reassurance to young people ahead of results day on August 20, recognising the pressure students and their families often feel. Ms Worgan said: "Results day can be an emotional time for families and it's completely understandable that there can be a lot of anxiety. But one set of results doesn't define a young person's future and there are more pathways available than ever before. Ms Worgan continued: "We're seeing a real shift in how young people think about their futures. If plans change on results day, don't panic.
