Matt Vigurs, a +1 handicap player, aced a 411-yard par four during a scratch match at Great Barr Golf Club.
A Worcestershire first-team player, Matt has already enjoyed a standout season, winning the county championship at Blackwell and earning promotion with Droitwich in league play.
Matt hopes to commemorate the achievement and has contacted the club to request a flag from the hole.
With momentum behind him, he now hopes to win the County Match Play and perform well at the English Champion of Champions event in September at Woodhall Spa.
Whatever the rest of the season holds, he has already achieved a moment that could stand as a national record in English golf.
