Keckwick Lane will be temporarily shut from the Innovation Way roundabout to Greenalls Lane. The closure is being implemented by Halton Borough Council under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Residents living on the affected stretch of Keckwick Lane will still be able to access their homes during the closure. The council has confirmed the closure is related to the Creamfields festival, which runs from Thursday, August 27 to Monday, August 31.
