Colorado-based firm Lichter Immigration and its investigator Kevin Lewis filed a civil complaint against Laramie County Sheriff Brian Kozak and his office June 30. “If the Court does not impose sanctions against the plaintiffs, I will consider filing a complaint with the Wyoming State Bar,” he added. Cowboy State Daily asked Kozak to extend the outlet’s interview invitation to the anonymous members. “Cindy Hill and Kevin Lewis will discuss the recently filed lawsuit against Sheriff Brian Kozak,” the email says.
