A total of 225.770 metric tonnes of waste was cleared in the operation, according to MCC Commissioner M.K.Savitha. The main GVP transformation programme was conducted near the Gokulam Crematorium in Zone–4, where Mysuru Regional Commissioner Nitesh Patil and MCC Commissioner participated and formally launched the cleanliness operation. A massive 149.770 metric tonnes of waste was removed from the GVP near the Gokulam Crematorium. This included approximately 130 metric tonnes of construction and demolition (C&D) waste and 19.770 metric tonnes of other solid waste. The waste cleared during the operation was transported through MCC vehicles to designated processing and disposal facilities.
