Mathew Lee, of Station Road in Llanfairfechan, appeared at Caernarfon Crown Court on Tuesday morning. The 36-year-old admitted one offence of arson reckless as to whether life was endangered, which involved property belonging to Cartrefi Conwy on March 10 this year. He also admitted one offence of drugs possession, committed on the same date. Elen Owen, defending, asked the court to consider adjourning the sentence to a later date in order for a pre-sentence report to be prepared. Judge Timothy Petts agreed, setting the sentence date as September 7.
