PINE ISLAND, Minn. — After a construction-filled June and July, Pine Island’s newest restaurant — Mama Suli's Pizza & Spaghetti House — is ready to open its doors. Mangouras and his partner Ryan Kutschied built out Mama Suli's in downtown Pine Island in a historic brick building at 200 Main Street South. Mama Suli’s will also have a walk-up service window where people attending events at the nearby park can grab a slice of pizza or a grinder. Mangouras managed the food and beverage service for Rochester’s Radisson Hotel, which became the DoubleTree and then the University of Minnesota Rochester’s Student Life Center. Mangouras also managed Pescara restaurant in downtown Rochester.
