LagosIndia continued its impressive performance at the Commonwealth Fencing Championship in Lagos, Nigeria, securing seven medals on the second day of competition. The Indian team won one gold, two silver and four bronze medals across the Senior Individual Women’s Sabre, Women’s Epee and Men’s Foil events. The strong medal haul underlined India’s growing depth and competitiveness in international fencing. Prachi Lohan added another bronze medal, giving India three podium finishes in the discipline. Indian fencers Jefarlin and Shruti Joshi shared bronze medals, further strengthening India’s medal tally on the second day.
