AUSTIN — A Grand Meadow man was acquitted of four criminal sexual conduct charges involving an allegedly helpless victim.
A Mower County jury found Jessie Allan Riese, 47, not guilty of charges of first- and third-degree criminal sexual conduct — victim mentally impaired/physically helpless dated to December 2025.
ADVERTISEMENTThe same jury acquitted Riese of two more counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct — victim mentally impaired/physically helpless dated to May 2026.
Another charge of first-degree criminal sexual conduct was dismissed.
