Bengaluru : The Narcotics Wing of the Central Crime Branch has arrested three persons in connection with an alleged rave party busted at a villa in HSR Layout here, police said on Wednesday. They were held for allegedly organising the event without permission and allowing the use of prohibited hookah products and electronic cigarettes. Hookah products, electronic cigarettes and liquor were seized from the premises, police said. A case has been registered against the owner of the villa for allegedly permitting the premises to be used for the event. The FIR has been registered under relevant Sections of the Karnataka Excise Act, 1965, the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act 2003, and the Prohibition of Electronic Cigarettes Act, 2019.
