Forty Farms by award-winning photographer and livestock farmer Amy Bateman is on display at Theatre by the Lake’s Circle Gallery and on the railings of Hope Park until Saturday, November 7. The exhibition tells the stories of 40 diverse farming businesses, captured through portraits and storytelling. Large-scale outdoor portraits in Hope Park create a free, accessible exhibition while the Circle Gallery exhibition features additional photography to explore the theme in greater depth. The exhibition complements the theatre’s world premiere production of The Farmer’s Wife, inspired by Helen Rebanks’ bestselling memoir. It is free to view in the Circle Gallery of Theatre by the Lake.
