ALEXANDRIA — The University of Minnesota Extension Master Gardener Volunteer Program is now accepting applications for the Class of 2027. Douglas County residents will have two opportunities to learn exactly what the program involves, how to apply and what to expect during the training year. The Master Gardener program brings together volunteers from all backgrounds who share a passion for gardening, community education and research-based horticulture practices.
