Denise Jenkins, a 55-year-old advanced nurse practitioner, lost her life while riding in a Ural Sahara sidecar during a day out with husband Mark in the Brecon Beacons National Park, around 40 miles from her home.
The incident happened on the A4059 between Storey Arms and Penderyn on April 5, 2025, after the vehicle veered off the road.
"She would enjoy days out on motorbikes, and she and her husband had decided to purchase a Ural Sahara motorcycle with sidecar to enable them to enjoy days out together."
Mum-of-one Mrs Jenkins from Cwmavon, who suffered fatal head injuries and a fracture of the cervical spine, died at the scene.
She concluded that Mrs Jenkins died as a result of a road traffic collision.
