The 34-year-old, of Llandrindod Wells, had been due to be sentenced on Monday, August 10, but Mold Crown Court was told a pre-sentence report had not yet been completed. Among them is causing serious injury by careless driving in February this year in the Talybont-on-Usk area, near Brecon. He had pleaded guilty to this offence at Mold on June 8, as an alternative charge to causing serious injury by dangerous driving. He admitted a separate charge of dangerous driving in Brecon and three counts of causing criminal damage, all occurring in January. To all offences, apart from the careless driving, the defendant pleaded guilty, having initially entered not guilty pleas.
