AMD has added Ryzen 7 449 and Ryzen 5 439 mobile processors to its product catalog, creating lower-cost derivatives of the Ryzen AI 400 family. Both chips use AMD’s Gorgon Point platform and combine full Zen 5 cores with compact Zen 5c cores. Ryzen 7 449 contains four Zen 5 and four Zen 5c cores, providing eight cores and sixteen threads. Full-size cores boost to 5.0GHz, while Zen 5c cores reach 3.4GHz. Ryzen 5 439 uses three Zen 5 and three Zen 5c cores for six cores and twelve threads.
