The 66-year-old former Top Gear host is waiting on West Oxfordshire District Council regarding the future of an important and long-fought feature at Diddly Squat farm. Most famously was for the farm shop, which is now fully open to he public and has proved a hit with thousands of visitors every week. In addition to the farm shop, Mr Clarkson had successfully applied for a car park at the site to accommodate the cars arriving to the attraction. This would allow the journalist to keep the car park in place lawfully for another four years. The final decision rests with West Oxfordshire District Council, following an initial three-year temporary consent granted on appeal in June 2023.
