Three people were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Ashland on Monday. The crash involved a SUV that was rear-ended by a tri-axle traveling west on Route 54. The crash pushed the SUV forward into a curb while the tri-axle veered into another curb at the former Rite-Aid. Responding to the scene were the Washington Fire Company Rescue of Ashland and the Rangers Hose of Girardville. Also assisting were the American Hose Company and Fire Police with traffic control.
