On Saturday, fifteen veterans dressed in blaze orange to embark on a pheasant hunt at Wild Experience Hunting Preserve in Meadowlands. The hunt was organized by Wounded Warriors United, a non-profit organization that aims to connect veterans through outdoor adventures and social activities. This is the fourth year they have hosted the event at Wild Experience. Take them out on adventures, whether it be hunting, fishing, a lot of other things that we do, just to get those people back together,” said Joe Arnold, a Wounded Warriors United Board Member and organizer of the hunt.
