Every year in Wisconsin, more than 600,000 hunters take to the woods in pursuit of whitetail deer. It also brings people together in a very unique Wisconsin experience. It’s called deer camp, and it’s an annual tradition for hunters who gather, often just this one time a year, to share stories, food and drink, and stories of the hunt in Wisconsin. In a special episode of WTMJ Outdoors presented by Outdoor Living Unlimited, Scaffidiology Podcast host Steve Scaffidi talks with Wisconsin hunters about their experiences and favorite memories. Steve Scaffidi is also the host of Point Taken, which airs 10-Noon, weekdays on WTMJ.
