Guns N’ Roses and country superstar Chris Stapleton traded stage appearances during back-to-back concerts at Rogers Stadium.
Guns N’ Roses played Wednesday night, August 5, and brought Stapleton onstage during their performance of Bob Dylan’s classic “Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door.”
Stapleton joined Axl Rose for a memorable duet that had the Toronto crowd cheering.
About halfway through his set, he told the audience about performing with Guns N’ Roses and decided to play one of his favorite GN’R songs, “Patience.”
“This feels better,” Stapleton said before continuing the song with the Guns N’ Roses legends.
