This Agreement does not transfer from Fair Observer to you any Fair Observer or third party intellectual property, and all right, title and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Fair Observer or such third party, as applicable. Fair Observer, FairObserver.com, the Fair Observer logo, and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Site are trademarks or registered trademarks of Fair Observer or Fair Observer’s licensors. This Agreement (including these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy) constitutes the entire agreement between Fair Observer and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of Fair Observer, or by the posting by Fair Observer of a revised version on the Site.
