Hyderabad: The Telangana government is preparing proposals for submission to the Union government to set up four new industrial parks under the Bharat Audyogik Vikas Yojana (BHAVYA) scheme, Chief Secretary Sanjay Jaju said. The proposed sites are Thimmapur in Kandukur mandal, Eliminedu in Ibrahimpatnam, Madaram in Ghatkesar mandal, and Dandu Mylaram in Choutuppal mandal. The Chief Secretary highlighted that several leading companies have expressed interest in establishing units in electronics and software sectors within these parks. He added that the state government is also preparing proposals for industrial park developments across another 16 locations. Special Chief Secretary for Industries and Commerce Ahmed Nadeem, Director of Handlooms, Textiles and Industries Krishna Aditya, Nikhil Chakravarthy, Sikta Patnaik, and other senior officials attended the review meeting.
