Dande, accompanied by Panchayat Raj Commissioner Mylavarapu Krishna Teja, visited the proposed Model Pushkar Ghat at Munikudali village in Seethanagaram mandal on Wednesday and reviewed the progress of the works. Panchayat Raj Commissioner Mylavarapu Krishna Teja said the Munikudali Model Pushkar Ghat should be developed as a model for the entire State. District collector Kirti Chekuri said officials from various departments had spent nearly two hours inspecting the proposed development works at Munikudali. She said the integrated development programme was being implemented following the directions of Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan to develop Munikudali as a Model Pushkar Ghat for the 2027 Godavari Pushkaralu. Joint collector Y Megha Swaroop, Panchayat Raj PRSE N Balakrishna, RWS SE BV Giri, R&B EE SBV Reddy and APEPDCL SE K Tilak Kumar were present during the inspection.
