Franklin County Sheriff Tom Tindle said John Starks III, 26, was shot and killed at about 1:30 a.m. Saturday on Mildred Davis Road. Email newsletter signupTindle identified the suspect in the shooting at Roeland Williams, 24. “He is from Franklin County, but we hear he has been spending a lot of time lately in Adams County,” Tindle said. Tindle said he has notified Adams County Sheriff Travis Patten and other Natchez law enforcement, who are assisting in the search for Williams.
