Ravindra proposed construction of the road from Machilipatnam Port to Bantumilli via Manginapudi Beach, connecting it to National Highway-216. Later, Ravindra met Union Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports Raksha Nikhil Khadse and sought financial assistance under the Khelo India scheme for the construction of an indoor stadium and swimming pool in Machilipatnam. He requested Rs 17 crore for the proposed indoor stadium and Rs 9 crore for the swimming pool, taking the total project cost to Rs 26.50 crore. According to the minister, the Union minister responded positively and assured consideration of the proposals under the Khelo India programme. Also, Kollu Ravindra met Union Tourism and Culture Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and sought Central assistance under the Swadesh Darshan 2.0 scheme for the development of Manginapudi Beach at Machilipatnam.
