Guntur: District collector C M Sai Kanth Varma directed the officials to prepare the electoral rolls for graduates’, teachers’, local bodies’ constituencies without errors and mistakes. Election Commission of India officials Rajesh Kumar Singh, Rohit Kumar, Swatantra Kumar Meena and Mallikarjuna Reddy conducted a meeting with EROs of Guntur, Palnadu, and Bapatla districts at the Collectorate here on Wednesday. He directed the officials to follow the guidelines framed by the Election Commission of India, while preparing the electoral rolls for graduates’, teachers’ and local bodies’ constituencies. He directed the officials to thoroughly examine certificates to enrol voters for graduates’, teachers’ and local bodies’ constituencies. Guntur district revenue officer Khaja Vali, ZP CEO Jyothi Basu, DPO Sai Kumar were among those who participated.
